How fast can I get my products? Shipped via UPS or USPS: The time from when you pay to the time when you your order depends on the shipping method you select and the shipping destination.
Custom Blended E-Liquids take time to make. While we try to process every order within 48 hours, please allow up to 3 days for processing.
Proof of age: You will be required to certify your age when placing your order. If we have reason to believe you may be under the legal age in your state, you may be required to send a copy of your proof of age before your first order is fulfilled.
Prices Subject to Change and Typographical Errors
All store prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to
provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more
of our items may be mis-priced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price,
we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation.
You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
If your payment account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
we will issue a refund to your Paypal, Google, or Credit Card account in the amount of the incorrect charges.
Estimated Shipping Costs: Estimated shipping costs may be adjusted based on an individual product's weight, size, or insurance value requirements. (During Free Shipping promotions, Free Shipping applies to U.S. only)
FOB: Our shipping terms for all orders are FOB Origin: We are not responsible for any products once they are handed off to the carrier. FOB origin means "Freight on Board origin" or that possession transfers from ECBlend to you the customer when the package is accepted into shipment by the shipping provider such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. "FOB origin" indicates the buyer pays shipping cost, and takes responsibility for the goods when the goods leave the seller's, or seller partner's premises. IF YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE, YOU MUST SELECT IT DURING CHECKOUT. It is not automatically included.
TRACKING & CONFIRMATION: Orders shipped by USPS First Class Mail & Priority Mail include Delivery Tracking/Confirmation. Rates are as shown on the shipping checkout page.
International Orders: READ THIS LINK COMPLETELY-"International Orders". All International Shipments are subject to both ECBlends Terms and Conditions AND Rules in the International Orders page. READ IT COMPLETELY BEFORE ORDERING. USPS shipments are transferred to customs in your local country and into your local postal system. Delivery Confirmation information is limited to when the shipment is sent, received into customs, and usually though not always delivered. Shipments are sometimes delayed during processing in customs, though this is usually not for more than a few days. Customer is responsible for any import duties or sales and other taxes imposed by your country.
DELIVERIES: SOUTHERN OREGON CUSTOMERS ONLY (Medford and surrounding communities): We Deliver to our Retail Stores for pickup. Allow up to 72 hours for processing. ALL OTHERS: All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the actual weight of the order, tare calculations, delivery confirmation/tracking, plus the delivery location.

PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK: All our products are subject to availability of stock. On occasion we may offer to substitute a product for a product of greater or equal price. In the event that your order is subject to change we will attempt to contact you by email or phone.
RETURNS, LOST or DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
LOST SHIPMENTS FILING A CLAIM
- If you paid for additional insurance during checkout, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you by filing a claim. We are required to wait 30 days before filing a claim on lost packages.
- If you did not pay for additional insurance but paid for Domestic Priority Mail, the USPS now provides insurance up to a certain amount included in the cost of Priority Mail, please go to this link ( https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm ) to file a claim with USPS.
- If you are a wholesale customer, and your shipment has been shipped by UPS, FedEx or Domestic Ground Carrier, call our Customer Service or your wholesale account rep to assist.
ANY RETURN received without an valid and authorized Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, will either be disposed of or returned at the customers expense.
RMA's expire. Items received after 30 days will not be processed and may be disposed of or returned at the customers expense. We are not allowed to retain used products.
Please test all products upon receipt. Dead on Arrival (DoA) Claims must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date. Returned items claiming to be DoA will be extensively tested. If they are found to be DoA from user error or modification the product may be returned at the customers expense.
No credit or replacements will be given on open items.
ON INTERNATIONAL and FPO/APO ORDERSWE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ITEMS GET STUCK IN CUSTOMS, TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL OR GET LOST. WE WILL NOT RE-SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

United States Postal Service Shipping Disclaimer
Please be aware that although the United States Postal Service is sometimes a less expensive method of shipping, although rare, we have experienced some problems with shipments (lost, damaged, etc.).The United States Priority Mail service does not guarantee delivery time nor does it provide tracking. It provides Delivery Confirmation, which is not the same thing.
Please keep in mind that if you do not choose the INSURANCE OPTION, ECBlend will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost or damaged. You assume full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. We suggest the insurance option during checkout to cover any loss or damage.
OPENED/USED product: Due to the nature of the usage (i.e. in the mouth) of e-liquid products and our inability to resell it once used, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
CUSTOM E-LIQUID - NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES: Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. We highly recommend purchasing a sample pack or 5ml sample bottle eLiquid to find out if it is good for your personal tastes.
